From LifeNet Health's Foundation

Giving as a Tribute to a Loved One
Throughout the years many people have shown their appreciation for the role LifeNet Health played in their life or that of someone they love by contributing to the LifeNet Health Foundation.  Their gifts have helped us expand our donor family services program so more families could be helped through the grief of losing their loved one; have supported the need to create awareness of the shortage of organ and tissue donors and have provided the critical funds to continue our life changing research and development efforts, which continue to transform lives.

Your gifts, regardless of the amount or purpose may be designated by you to be made as a tribute to someone special in you life.  I have seen them made in lieu of a birthday gift, in honor of someone’s promotion at work and also in memory of someone dear who has passed away.  Regardless, if you choose to make your gift as a tribute, please let us know the name of the person or persons and their address.  We will send them a card letting them know of your thoughtfulness, but will not include the gift amount.  If your gift is in memory of someone, please let us know who you would like the card to be sent to and their address.

“Going Green”
As we are all becoming more technologically advanced and simultaneously more conscious of the benefits of “going green”, we have put in place a mechanism that will let us communicate with you via e-mail, rather then snail mail.  If you would like to be added to our e-mail list, please click here.  Your e-mail is for our use only and will not be made public in any way.  In fact, you will receive an e-mail from us that confirms that you want to receive updates from us in this way so you have no doubt that what you signed up for is from LifeNet Health.

Finally, we would like this website to be relevant for you.  Please let us know the types of things you would like to see.  Do you have questions about the donation process?  Do you have an idea for a fundraiser?  Would you like to know how you can include the LifeNet Health Foundation in your will or as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or bank account?  All ideas are welcome.

Thank you for spending a few minutes with us.
