A charitable gift made through your will (bequest) is one of the easiest and most flexible of all giving options.  The gift is only made once your will is executed and until that time can be changed by you at any time.

If you would like to include the LifeNet Health Foundation in your will or other estate planning document, simply ask your attorney to name us as a beneficiary. Our legal name is the LifeNet Health Foundation.
