Awareness Opportunities
Each day, close to 100,000 people are waiting to receive a life-saving organ transplant.  Unfortunately, 17 people will die each day during their wait.  LifeNet Health and the LifeNet Health Foundation work diligently to promote the need and create awareness that more people need to sign up to become organ and tissue donors.  Your support of the LifeNet Health Foundation will help us reach many more people with this important message.

Donor Family Programs
Every year, LifeNet Health’s donor family services staff help more than 700 families who have lost a loved one, yet who made the ultimate gift of giving life to others, through the difficult journey of mourning and loss.  The LifeNet Health Foundation supports this important program so each family member who needs this special care has a place to turn.  For more information on this program go to Healingthespirit.org.

Research and Development
Advancements in medical technology and our ability to transform the health of people are changing everyday.  Your support will provide us with the critical funds to continue our life changing research and development efforts. Efforts that in the future will allow us to repair cartilage and provide a permanent cure for babies born with congenital heart defects.
